Job Title: Leadership & Capability Development Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose

  • The Leadership and Capability Development Manager plays a key role in cultivating a high performance culture within Ikeja Electric Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, this role is accountable for designing and executing learning and leadership development programs that equip employees with the skills necessary to drive
  • business success
  • Focused on aligning workforce capability with strategic business goals, this role is instrumental in building developmental and inspirational leadership across the organization, supporting the overarching HR transformation agenda

Minimum Requirements

  • B Sc/HND from a reputable higher institution
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the learning and development (L& talent management, or organizational development fields, with some portion of that time in a dedicated leadership role.
  • Professional certification is mandatory.
