Eat ‘N’ Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino’s Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry.
Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N’ Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Leasing Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Negotiate and manage lease agreements with prospective and existing tenants.
- Handle lease renewals, terminations, and rent reviews in alignment with company policies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with tenants, brokers, and external partners.
- Monitor property market trends to inform pricing, marketing, and leasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the Projects & Development team to align leasing activities with new and ongoing developments.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the leasing team, ensuring performance targets are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Management, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- 5-7 years’ experience in leasing, property management, or real estate, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong experience in lease negotiations and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding occupancy and revenue goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
