Millhouse Legal Advisory a corporate commercial Law Firm with primary interest in Corporate law practice and Civil Litigation with its office in Sabo, Yaba, Lagos State hereby announces vacancies for Lawyers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Counsel

Location: Yaba, Lagos and Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters, including trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze case law and statutes, and provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
  • Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution solutions when appropriate.
  • Support staff to ensure effective case management and client representation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files, documents, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • 2 – 7 years practice experience.
  • Efficient Drafting and Advocacy Skills.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Compliant.
  • Quality Research Skill, Familiarity with the Use. & Navigation of e-Library and Legal Softwares.
  • Due Diligence, Discipline and Good Work Attitude.
  • Litigation Savvy and Ability to Perform Task Under Minimal Supervision.
