Job Title: Legal & HR Officer

Location: Victoria Garden City, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • A reputable real estate and property development company is seeking a qualified and dynamic Lawyer with strong Human Resource management skills to join its team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Handle employee relations, recruitment processes, and HR policies.
  • Support management in dispute resolution and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and call to bar qualification.
  • 3–5 years relevant experience in legal practice and/or corporate legal advisory.
  • Experience in Human Resource management or related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and corporate governance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
