Job Summary
- We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our team.
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in litigation practice and courtroom advocacy, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters across various jurisdictions
- Conduct courtroom advocacy, including trials, hearings, and appeals
- Provide expert advice on litigation strategy and risk management
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes
- Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4 – 7 years of post-qualification experience in litigation practice
- Strong track record of courtroom advocacy and litigation experience
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with court procedures and rules
- Strong research and writing skills.
