We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer
Locations: Ikeja, Ikorodu & Ajah – Lagos; Sango Ota – Ogun and Ibadan – Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Onboard Viable Merchants on the Business Platform.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of Merchants
- Physically verify the merchant’s Location and business financial health for loan consideration.
- Interview Merchants to determine their financial eligibility and feasibility
- Support merchants with questions they might have.
- Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
- Maintain an active knowledge base of all of the organization’s loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each Merchant.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with customers
- Grow and achieve loan portfolio targets for merchants.
Qualifications & Skills
- A First Degree BSc/ HND
- 1 year of Minimum relevant work experience in a Microfinance Bank
- Excellent knowledge of loan application procedures.
- Socially and emotionally aware.
- Must have a Smartphone.
- Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work with complicated financial data.
- Demonstrable knowledge of credit risk analysis
Remuneration
- Salary: N160,000 Monthly
- Airtime and Data Allowance
- Monthly KPI Bonus
- HMO.
