Job Title: Logistics and Operations Supervisor

Location: Iponri, Surulere – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Lubricants & Engine Oil Distribution

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of engine oil products to customers and distributors.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock reconciliation, and proper documentation of all movements.
  • Develop and implement efficient route planning and dispatch schedules.
  • Monitor and maintain proper handling and storage of lubricants to avoid damage or contamination.
  • Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve delivery or operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance, inventory, and operational efficiency.
  • Train and supervise logistics/warehouse staff to ensure adherence to procedures.
  • Support management in optimizing costs and improving overall supply chain processes.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations (preferably in the oil & gas or FMCG sector).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/stock management software is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
  • Integrity, attention to detail, and strong commitment to efficiency.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
