We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lubrication Technician (Onne Port Terminal)

Location: Obajana Plant, Kogi 

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will perform lubrication maintenance on a wide variety of mechanical equipment used in our facilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Detect possible anomalies observed on the equipment ,while lubrication is being carried out and report such to the Mechanical Engineer.
  • Monitor the consumption of oils and grease for each equipment.
  • Prepare and follow -up a lubrication register /sheet for each equipment.
  • Responsible for House-keeping and safety of the workshop/premise.
  • Write daily Lubrication Report.
  • Responsible for proper storage of Lubricants on site, while ensuring Health, Safety and Environment regulations.
  • Participate in the repairs and troubleshooting  of faults on lubrication equipment.
  • Maintain in good condition and keep inventory of all lubrication tools.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Engineer/HOD from Time -to- time.

Requirements

  • OND, Trade Test in Mechanical Engineering or it’s equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2)years working experience in similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
