Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Ewekoro, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the organization’s facilities, machinery, and equipment.
  • The role ensures that assets are maintained in good working condition to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment and facilities.
  • Supervise, train, and coordinate activities of the maintenance team.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers.
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or structural issues.
  • Control maintenance budgets and monitor inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.
  • Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, costs, and asset performance.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical fields, or related discipline is key, , with a minimum of 4 years of work experience.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, health and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
