Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for all flow stations and equipment on the asset, including wells, pipelines, production facilities, generators, and other relevant assets.
  • Coordinate with operations and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production schedules.
  • Develop and maintain asset integrity management systems to monitor and ensure the mechanical integrity of critical equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential integrity threats and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Requirements

  • BSc in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (MSc is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in maintenance and asset integrity management within the upstream oil & gas industry.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CMRP, API 510/570/653 (or equivalent) are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing maintenance and integrity programs for complex assets.
