Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Manager to oversee the company’s daily activities.
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, manage staff, support sales activities, and help drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the automobile business
- Coordinate sales activities for new and foreign-used vehicles
- Supervise staff and ensure productivity and professionalism
- Manage inventory of vehicles and track availability
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations when necessary
- Support the implementation of trade-in and promotional initiatives
- Maintain basic records, reports, and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Previous experience in automobile sales or operations management is an advantage
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle sales processes
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
