WhiteSpace Integrated Services Limited – Our client, a Vehicle Sales and Assembly plant in Nigeria, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager, Business Development and Operations

Location: Emene, Enugu

Job Brief

  • The qualified candidate must have in-depth knowledge of vehicle assembly and the after-sales services industry.
  • We are seeking a highly motivated, result-driven driven and experienced professional to join their team in the capacity of Manager, Business Development and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff and budgets, implement strategies to improve efficiency and productions
  • Drive business growth and expansion by establishing business relationships and build clientele
  • Champion compliance with regulations, and optimizing both assembly and after-sales service processes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Ensures that the revenue target set for the plant is met, at all times.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns.
  • Manage and develop staff, including training and setting performance goals.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage operational costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field is often preferred.
  • 10 years of industry experience and management.
  • Must be resident in Enugu.
  • Proven track records of previous success in vehicle assembly sales and marketing
  • Experienced in auto manufacturing industry
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle assembly and after sales, services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Salary
N500,000 – N550,000 monthly.
