Job Summary
- We are seeking a vibrant and results-driven Marketers to join our team.
- The ideal candidate should have strong sales and marketing skills, a flair for fashion, and the ability to attract, engage, and retain customers.
- You will play a key role in driving sales growth and promoting the BSPU LUXE brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote the boutique’s collections.
- Drive sales to achieve a monthly target of ₦1,000,000.
- Engage new and existing customers through direct marketing, social media, and in-store promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Provide excellent customer service and brand representation at all times.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to plan campaigns, discounts, and promotional activities.
- Prepare simple weekly sales reports and provide insights on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or fashion retail (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
- Passion for fashion and current style trends.
Compensation
- Basic Salary: N100,000 monthly
- Sales Target: N1,000,000 monthly
- Commission: 5% on target met
- Monthly Airtime: N10,000.
