With headquarters strategically located in Nigeria, and a host of rep offices in the UAE and other parts of world, it also boasts of a well-appointed network of authorized distributors within Nigeria. In 2019, the company started production of automotive engine oil and lubricants in the UAE. The products are especially crafted to suit all markets especially its head-quartered nation —the Nigerian market In 2024, CDN oil and lubricants is proud to announce local blending and packaging of all its products in Nigeria.

Job Description

  • We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Marketing & Sales Officer to join our team. We’re looking for a proactive professional who can craft and execute marketing strategies, drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build lasting client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate is target-oriented, creative, and capable of delivering measurable results in a highly competitive environment, with proven experience in brand promotions both online and offline, particularly within the FMCG and lubricant sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, prospective clients, and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, preparing regular sales forecasts and marketing reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and brand standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the oil & lubricants or FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, digital marketing, and brand promotion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/software.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Must be willing to travel.
