Job Summary

  • The Marketing Automation Specialist will streamline campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, and other CRMs.
  • This role is focused on saving manpower, driving efficiency, and improving the scalability of client campaigns.
  • The specialist will design workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and integrated systems that boost ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing and client engagement.
  • Integrate platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, and CRM systems.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify automation opportunities.
  • Train team members on automation tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and funnel building.
  • Technical problem-solving and systems integration skills.
  • Ability to balance efficiency with personalization in campaigns.
