Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, driving property sales, and promoting the company’s brand to achieve business growth.

Responsibilities / Requirements

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive property sales and brand awareness.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing activities.
  • Maintain and grow strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and property sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
