Job Title: Marketing Executive and Sales Representative

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos

Summary

• We are currently expanding our marketing and sales team and looking for passionate, self-motivated individuals to join us.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s real estate products (lands, houses, and investment packages).
• Generate leads through field marketing, social media, cold calls, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships before and after sales.
• Conduct property inspections and follow up with potential buyers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND / NCE (B.Sc or HND is an added advantage).
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Goal-oriented, confident, and result-driven personality.
• Must reside in Lagos or be willing to work around Ojodu Berger and its environs.
