Job Summary

• We are seeking atarget-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to generate leads, close property deals, and deliver exceptional client service.
• This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, skilled in client engagement, and eager to grow with a dynamic brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into successful property sales or rentals.
• Conduct property viewings, guide clients through negotiations, and close deals.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns with the team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Estate Management, or related field.
• 2+ years’ real estate marketing/sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and digital marketing skills.
• Target-driven, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be based near Victoria Island / Lekki.

Salary
N250,000 per month base + very attractive commissions, HMO and Pension.
