About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will bring energy, innovation, and professionalism to the bar, crafting both classic and signature cocktails while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Create unique and appealing cocktails to enhance the restaurant’s drink menu.
  • Engage customers with friendly, professional service.
  • Maintain bar stock, manage inventory, and ensure cleanliness at all times.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with management to develop seasonal drink specials and promotions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mixologist
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drink presentation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flair for creativity and attention to detail.
