Job Title: Motorcycle Service Technician

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Motorcycle Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles and scooters to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake adjustments, and tire replacements.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and repair manuals.
  • Repair or replace faulty parts such as engines, transmissions, brakes, or fuel systems.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure all motorcycles meet safety and performance standards.
  • Keep accurate service and repair records in the company’s system.
  • Advise customers and the service advisor on the condition of motorcycles and recommended repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest motorcycle technologies, diagnostic techniques, and service procedures.
  • Test-ride motorcycles after service to ensure quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic or Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts, systems, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to use diagnostic and repair tools efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically fit and safety-conscious.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with major motorcycle brands (e.g., Honda, Bajaj, Yamaha, Suzuki, etc.)
  • Certification from a recognized automotive or technical training institution.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Saturdays (as required)

Salary
Negotiable.
