Job Title: Network Faculty

Location: Lakowe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a passionate and experienced Network Faculty to join our IT training institute.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for training students on computer networking concepts, network design, configuration, maintenance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures and hands-on practical sessions on computer networking, network infrastructure, and hardware support.
  • Teach relevant modules such as Network Fundamentals, Routing & Switching, Network Security, and Server Administration.
  • Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and practical assessments in line with curriculum standards.
  • Guide students in lab exercises and real-world networking projects.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and update course content as required.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure a high-quality learning environment that fosters student growth and understanding.

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum of BSc / HND / OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of relevant teaching or networking experience.
  • Recognized IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSA) preferred is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN setup, routers, switches, firewalls, and IP addressing.
  • Proficiency in Cisco networking technologies (CCNA level).
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
