African Natural Resources and Mines Limited (ANRML), established by African Industries Group, operates a fully integrated iron ore mining and processing plant in Gujeni village, Kagarko LGA, Kaduna state—the first of its kind in Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Operations Foreman
Location: Gujeni, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary
- The Foreman will superviseand coordinatethe activities of the team of workers or operators to ensure effective and safe execution of daily operational and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily work activities.
- Supervise and train operators and technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety quality, and operational procedures
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance need.
- Support shift in charge in achieving production targets.
- Maintain discipline and promote teamwork among crew members.
Requirements
- OND or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in plant or process operations within a mining, steel, or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment monitoring, and shift supervision with focus on safety and efficiency.
