Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Business Segment Manager

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Business Segment Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our clients’ O&M business portfolio.
  • This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong networks in the oll & gas/energy sector and the ability to open doors, build relationships, and convert opportunities into business success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in business development within the oil & gas/energy industry.
  • Established networks and proven ability to influence decision- makers at senior levels.
  • Solid understanding of O&M service delivery (hands-on O&M experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negortiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership with a proven record of bullding and growing business segments.
