We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: OSP Supervisor – Maintenance

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Purpose of the Job

  • The OSP Supervisor oversees the maintenance of ipNX fiber optic and civil works within the outside plant network.
  • The role involves day-to-day management of fiber infrastructure, quick resolution of incidents, preventive maintenance, accurate documentation, and coordination with customers and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incidents: restore corporate services within 3 hours and retail services within 12 hours.
  • Execute preventive maintenance to improve network reliability and MTTR.
  • Audit, collate, and update accurate “as-maintained” fiber network documentation.
  • Submit weekly support reports for review.
  • Activate FOS customer requests within 3 days, obtain feedback, and prepare post-activation reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • University Degree in Telecoms, Engineering, or Applied Sciences.
  • 2+ years’ experience in fiber network deployment & outside plant maintenance.
  • Proven expertise in fiber optic infrastructure, FTTx/P2P deployment, and civil works supervision.
  • Knowledge of ROW licensing, HSE standards, and Nigerian Local Authority requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project), with exposure to AutoCAD/Visio/GIS (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
