We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Packer / Waitress

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
  • Present menus and inform customers about daily specials or promotions.
  • Answer any initial questions regarding the menu or restaurant policies.
  • Provide recommendations or suggest pairings based on customer preferences.
  • Record any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requests.
  • Deliver orders promptly and ensure items are served correctly.
  • Refill beverages and follow up to meet customer needs throughout their meal.
  • Handle multiple tables and prioritize service based on customer needs.
  • Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and overall experience.
  • Address complaints or concerns with professionalism and seek resolutions.
  • Build rapport with regular customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Prepare bills accurately and present them to customers.
  • Process payments, including handling cash, credit cards, or digital transactions.
  • Provide receipts and ensure the payment process is smooth and efficient.
  • Clear and reset tables quickly for the next customers.
  • Keep dining areas clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist with overall cleanliness, including sweeping, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing utensils.
  • Communicate orders to the kitchen accurately, including any special requests.
  • Coordinate with chefs and other staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Memorize menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer customer queries effectively.
  • Stay updated on new dishes, seasonal menus, or changes to the menu.
  • Suggest additional items like desserts, appetizers, or beverages to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Inform customers about events, loyalty programs, or discounts.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Adhere to workplace policies and legal requirements, including handling alcohol responsibly.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
