Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in the Security and Investigations industry.
  • As a Security Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets. This position demands a strong leader who can effectively oversee security operations, implement security protocols, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • You will be responsible for supervising a team of security personnel, training new hires, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Your expertise in surveillance systems, emergency response procedures, and threat assessment will be essential in proactively addressing security issues and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
  • You will collaborate closely with local law enforcement and emergency services to enhance security measures and coordinate response efforts in case of incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily security operations and manage security staff schedules.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Train and mentor security personnel on best practices and emergency response.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and review footage for suspicious activity.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the security industry.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, surveillance equipment, and emergency procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to assess situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to recruit, train and deploy security personnel.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary
N60,000 – 120,000 Monthly.
