Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of phonemic awareness, syntactic phonics, and literacy development strategies
  • Must be able to teach clearly and engagingly, especially for preschool and early primary learners
  • If you’re able to sing, perform fun skits, or teach with movement-based techniques — even better!
  • Willingness to use video-based teaching is essential.
