Integrated Dairies Limited (IDL), also known as IDL, is a leading Nigerian dairy company established in 2003 and headquartered in Jos, Plateau State. IDL manages the full dairy value chain from animal breeding and feed production to milk processing and packaging. Its FarmFresh and Refreshbrand produces pasteurised milk and a variety of yoghurt products distributed across major Nigerian cities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pool Driver

Location: Jos, Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Pool Driver to support our day-to-day logistics and transportation needs.
  • The ideal candidate must reside in Jos and have a strong understanding of road safety, vehicle maintenance, and delivery timelines. Experience in cold chain logistics is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive and manage assigned pool vehicles for official duties
  • Transport staff, documents, and goods as required
  • Ensure timely pickups and deliveries within assigned routes
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure vehicles are well maintained
  • Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage
  • Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company policies
  • Support cold chain deliveries where applicable, ensuring temperature control standards are maintained

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
  • Valid Nigerian driver’s license
  • Proven experience as a driver (corporate or logistics setting preferred)
  • Experience in cold chain operations is an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of Jos roads and surrounding areas
  • Physically fit and safety conscious
  • Must reside in Jos, Plateau State

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
