We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Portfolio Manager
Locations: Igbogila, Sango Ota, Ilaro, Ifo, Idiroko and Owode, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and recruit potential loan clients within the assigned area.
- Process loan applications, conduct credit appraisals, and recommend approvals based on risk assessment.
- Monitor loan disbursement and ensure timely repayment by clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct loan recovery activities and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and client interactions.
- Provide financial education and advisory services to clients.
- Ensure compliance with the institution’s credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- SSCE / NCE / OND / HND / BSc Degree
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel within Ogun and Oyo States as needed.
