We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Principal

Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • To provide strategic leadership, supervision, and administration that ensures high academic standards, staff productivity, and overall school excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily school operations and academic programs.
  • Supervise and mentor teachers and non-teaching staff.
  • Ensure effective teaching, learning, and discipline.
  • Coordinate curriculum planning and implementation.
  • Promote school values, culture, and student welfare.
  • Liaise with parents, management, and external bodies.

Education

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
  • TRCN certification required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Other Requirements:

  • Integrity, professionalism, and passion for student success.
  • Must be proactive, innovative, and committed to school growth.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in educational planning and ICT.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team.
