Job Description:
The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting procurement data to support strategic decision-making. Key duties include monitoring supplier performance, evaluating pricing trends, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The analyst will prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting procurement efficiency, risks, and compliance issues. Collaboration with procurement teams and other departments to align procurement activities with organizational goals is essential. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of procurement processes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement analysis or supply chain management.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.

Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulatory requirements.
