Job Description:
The Procurement Manager will oversee the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and services essential for production. Responsibilities include supplier identification, contract negotiation, purchase order management, and ensuring timely delivery of quality goods. The manager will collaborate with finance to manage budgets and payments, and with production to forecast material requirements. Additionally, the role involves monitoring supplier performance, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience managing procurement in FMCG or manufacturing sectors.

Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in procurement and ERP software.

Ability to analyze market trends and implement cost-saving measures.
