Job Description:
The Procurement Officer will manage the sourcing and purchasing of energy-related equipment and services. Responsibilities include evaluating supplier proposals, negotiating contracts, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring timely delivery. The officer will liaise with project managers and finance teams to align procurement activities with project schedules and budgets. Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and safety standards are critical. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.

Job Requirements:

Degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement within energy or infrastructure sectors.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with procurement software and regulatory compliance.
