Job Description

Winnys Meals on the Move Nigeria Limited is a Nigerian fast-food restaurant, with outlets in Badagry, Festac, Abuja Asokoro, international airport. Our services include Eat-In, Outdoor catering, Bulk soup orders, and Food delivery.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Officer

Location: Asokoro, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The production officer will ensure that all meals are prepared efficiently, hygienically, and in accordance with company recipes, safety standards, and customer satisfaction expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that production meets daily sales forecasts and maintains stock levels for peak and off-peak periods.
  • Monitor food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control across all shifts.
  • Adapt production to accommodate special events, promotions, or menu changes.
  • Recommend menu improvements or new product trials based on customer feedback or seasonal trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Catering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in food production, preferably in an eatery or restaurant with a focus on African dishes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail, creativity in presentation, and commitment to quality.

Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
