Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The manager will define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. Responsibilities also include managing project scope, schedule, and costs, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP or Prince2 certification is an advantage.
