Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦300,000 per month

Job Description:

Oversee daily management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property upkeep.

Manage rent collection, lease renewals, and tenant relations professionally.

Coordinate maintenance activities, liaising with contractors and service providers.

Develop and implement property management policies to maximize profitability.

Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.

Prepare detailed financial and operational reports for property owners.

Handle tenant complaints and resolve disputes efficiently.

Market vacant properties and assist in tenant selection processes.

Job Requirements:

Degree or HND in Estate Management or related field.

Proven experience managing multiple properties successfully.

Strong knowledge of property laws, tenancy agreements, and real estate market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
