Job Description:
As a Public Relations Officer, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing all PR activities to cultivate and maintain a positive company image. Your duties will include developing and executing PR campaigns, managing media relations across print, broadcast, and digital platforms, and preparing press releases and promotional materials. You will act as the company spokesperson during press conferences and public events, ensuring clear and consistent messaging. The role also involves identifying partnership and sponsorship opportunities, addressing media inquiries professionally, and tracking media coverage to evaluate campaign effectiveness. You will collaborate with marketing and senior management to align communications with business objectives and manage crisis communication situations with tact and efficiency. Your ability to maintain composure under pressure and think creatively to solve communication challenges will be critical to success.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PR role with proven media relations management.

Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.

Familiarity with project management and multimedia editing software is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage crisis communications.

Creative thinker with problem-solving aptitude.
