Job Description:
Support the NGO’s communication efforts by managing media relations, creating engaging content, and coordinating outreach activities. Develop press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and other communication materials that effectively convey the NGO’s mission and impact. Organize community events and liaise with media outlets to maximize coverage. Monitor public sentiment and media trends to inform communication strategies. Collaborate with program teams to ensure accurate storytelling that attracts donor support and public engagement.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in PR or communications, preferably in the NGO sector.

Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.

Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with media monitoring and analytics tools.
