We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Shift Supervisor

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Quality Control Systems by establishing policies and procedures to maintain high quality standards.
• Conduct audits and inspections by ensuring compliance with quality standards and identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and oversight to quality assurance team members during assigned shifts to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other quality-related policies.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including non-conformance and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions and recommend improvements to enhance product quality.
• Collect and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate and synergize across departments such as engineering and production to address quality concerns and improve processes.
• Implement and monitor programs such as HACCP, allergen control, cleaning and sanitation, and pest control to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and mentorship to quality assurance team members to ensure consistent performance and understanding of quality protocols.
• Coordinate the inspections of raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Ensure proper compliance with EMS objectives and proper disposal of chemical, reagents or media used in the quality assurance laboratory.
• Ensure compliance to EHS guidelines and regulations
• Review quality records and maintain accurate documentation of testing, quality checks, inspections, quality assurance activities, and sanitation activities.
• Supervise the preparation of Bench reagents and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Provide operational support in the unit including GRN of PO on ERP (SAP)
• Management may, at its discretion, assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
• Perform every other task as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 8 years work experience.

Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 per month.
