We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and edit detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications accurately.
• Draft clear, well-structured reports, letters, and cost summaries for management and clients.
• Review and verify subcontractor quotations, contracts, and progress claims for accuracy.
• Maintain precise records of project costs, variations, and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions and ensure all documentation is grammatically correct and well-presented.
• Read and analyze project documents to identify cost-related risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure written communications are consistent and professional.
• Ensure all written documentation complies with company and client standards

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–3years relevant experience.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret complex technical and legal documents.
• Exceptional grammar, spelling, and report-writing proficiency.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QS software

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
