Design Union is a real estate development group with divisions in Building design, construction, real estate development and hospitality.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos
Reports to: Project Manager/Construction Manager and Project Controls Manager
Employment Type: Full-time

- Cost Estimation and Planning
- Contract Management
- Cost Control and Valuation
- Variations and Claims Management
- Site Inspections and Reporting
- Risk Management
Requirement and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years with experience in on-site construction projects.
- Professional certification (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is desirable but not compulsory.
- Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.) and contractual procedures.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, CCS Candy, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
