Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦220,000 per month

Job Description:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for property sales and rentals.

Coordinate advertising campaigns, open houses, and promotional events.

Build relationships with clients, agents, and brokers.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Prepare marketing reports and budgets.

Job Requirements:

Experience in real estate marketing.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Creativity and knowledge of digital marketing tools.

Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback.
