Job Description:

Conduct property valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Prepare detailed valuation reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Perform market research and analysis to support valuation conclusions.

Liaise with clients, surveyors, and legal professionals during valuation processes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property market trends and valuation techniques.

Assist in dispute resolution related to property values.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Estate Management or related field.

Professional valuation certification is an advantage.

Strong analytical and report-writing skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
