We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Reconciliation and Settlement Analyst, Card and Chargeback
Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Department: Group Recon & Settlement
The role
- The Reconciliation and Settlement Analyst, Card and Chargeback will be responsible for the settlement and reconciliation of all financial related transactions.
- He/ She will be responsible for card reconciliation and settlement, Chargeback functions to reduce exposure to business risks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure daily reconciliation of all card transactions and provide daily/weekly reconciliation and settlement reports.
- Ensure that the business is not exposed to any material risks emanating from reconciliation variances and chargebacks.
- Reconciliation of income/fees with partners and ensuring value is transferred to the company’s account promptly.
- Develop and maintain business relations with business partners.
- Chargeback processing.
- Contribute to and maintain system standards within all Payment platforms.
- Perform any other task as might be assigned by Assistant Manager, Settlement and Reconciliation, Card and Chargebacks.
