We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Business Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets in the region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in oil & gas, infrastructure, mining, and other sectors relevant to Zigma Limited.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.
• Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and tender submissions in line with company objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor staff within the regional office to deliver high performance.
• Ensure alignment with Zigma’s corporate culture, values, and performance expectations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend staff development initiatives.
• Support HR in talent acquisition, retention, and training for regional staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
• 15+ years of progressive experience in operations, business development, or regional management (preferably in oil & gas, infrastructure, or professional services).
• Proven track record of achieving sales/ revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of Port Harcourt/Niger Delta business environment is highly desirable.
