Job Title: Resident Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations, ensuring world-class service delivery, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.).
  • Implement operational policies and service standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests.
  • Support staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor budgets, occupancy, and service quality.

Education / Experience

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years’ progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years as Assistant or Resident Manager in a 4- or 5-star property.

General Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to maintaining 5-star hospitality standards.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel software and financial reporting.
  • High attention to detail and service excellence.
