What you’ll do
- Lead and motivate staff to provide top-notch service
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relations
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Drive profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
What we’re looking for
- Interested candidates should possess an HND, BA, BSc Degree
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in restaurant/hospitality management
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings & weekends.
