Job Summary

  • They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and drive business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control measures.
  • Train, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain performance and engagement.
  • Analyze sales and financial reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement promotional and marketing initiatives in collaboration with management.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback professionally.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
  • 4–6years’ experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
  • Strong understanding of operational, financial, and staff management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
