Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a fine dining restaurant.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional guest experience, uphold service excellence, and coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and promptly handle guest inquiries or complaints.
  • Monitor staff performance, grooming, and adherence to fine dining service protocols.
  • Train, motivate, and support team members to enhance service quality.
  • Ensure table setups, dining areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and well-prepared.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Manage inventory of dining materials and report shortages promptly.
  • Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Prepare and submit daily operational and incident reports to management.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • 2 – 3 years experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Must reside within or around Lekki Phase 1.
  • Available to resume immediately.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
