Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must be passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and able to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant activities and staff performance
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
  • Manage reservations, service flow, and customer complaints
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and hygiene standards
  • Train and motivate team members for peak performance
  • Work closely with management to meet operational goals

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management or related field
  • At least 2–3 years’ experience in a restaurant supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must be organized, customer-focused, and a good team player.

Salary
N170,000 / Month.
